What I’m Eating: Chutney and Cottage Cheese

In one of my canning adventures I made some wonderful green tomato chutney that I haven’t found a way to eat yet. Since I often see cottage cheese served with fruit on top I thought I’d give this a try. Oh my gosh, yum. Chutney is a wonderful mix of tart and sweet, and since cottage cheese also rides that line of tart and sweet, the pairing works out great. Plus it helps change the texture from something reminiscent of baby spitup.
