Fibers.com got in touch with me a while back and asked if I wanted to design a T-shirt. They’re a custom T-shirts site that happens to be local to me, and since I’ve had this logo in my head for ages I jumped at the chance. They were a dream to work with and their website is the most user friendly design tool ever.

I got one made up for Atti too, and as soon as I put it on him I knew it was time to get serious about a goal. It’s time to think about pushing him through a 5K for cerebral palsy.

I’ve been working out close to every day for over a year and that whole couch to 5K thing still feels miles away. I’m overcoming such a serious lifetime of health issues that regular training has been extremely slow going. But I’m making progress, even though it is so so so much slower than I want it to be, and I think I’m ready for a goal to shoot for.

There’s a local 5K benefiting United Cerebral Palsy in November. My work is cut out for me.

Oh, you finally got around to designing that t-shirt! Well, it's not "burning rubber," like I had suggested, but it's adorable all the same!
Go Atti!
Geez, I posted under the WRONG e-mail again! Grrr!
That t-shirt rocks hard core! Good for you!
Thank you so much!
Cute! Have you seen these cool disability pride t-shirts? Love them.
